• Online with credit card information. Confirmations will be sent by e-mail.
• Fax the registration form to (480) 777-9270 with payment information.
• Mail the registration form to ASI Headquarters with payment information.

Cancellations received in the ASI office by April 3, 2013 will be refunded minus a $50 processing fee. Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to (480) 777-9270 or emailed to gwen@asindexing.org. No refunds after April 3, 2013.
