Please enclose payment in full with your registration. The registration fee must be paid by all attendees. Partial payments and faxed registrations cannot be accepted. Hotel reservations must be made separately, directly with the hotel.

Refund Policy

Requests for refunds must be made in writing to Sandra Topping, Registrar. Full refunds will be issued for requests postmarked by March 1, 1997. A 50% refund will be issued for requests postmarked from March 1, 1997 to April 15, 1997. Requests postmarked after April 15, 1997 cannot be honored. All refunds will be subject to a $25.00 processing fee. Refund checks will be issued within 6 weeks after the end of the conference.
