Do I need special software to view a webinar?

No. Simply click on the link from WebinarJam that arrives in your inbox. You will be connected to the webinar.

What happens if I forget or am unable to attend when the webinar airs?

Once you have purchased a webinar, you have access to the replay of that webinar through the ASI web site. If you miss a webinar that you registered for, you can always go to the web site and watch it after it has aired. Recordings are usually available within 24 hours of the original webinar time.

What will I see on my screen during the webinar?

Most webinar presenters use PowerPoint presentations during their talks. You will see the presentation on the screen and will hear, but not see, the presenter.

Can others hear me during the webinar?

Webinar attendees cannot be heard by others during the webinar broadcast. Only those involved in the presentation have an active audio component.

Can I ask questions of the presenter?

Yes! Questions can be sent by typing them in to the comment area. During the Q&A session at the end of the webinar, the moderator will ask questions that have been submitted by attendees.

How long are the webinars?

Webinars are approximately one hour long. Most webinars include some time at the end for questions.
