Members prefer for ASI to choose a conference hotel where we can stay together, and we have negotiated a very favorable room rate for conference attendees. In order for us to offer this rate, we have committed to our guests staying in the conference hotel. Thank you for helping to keep conference costs and room rates lower by staying in the lovely Hilton Garden Inn Raleigh-Cary.
Our specially negotiated guest room rate is $137. Room rates are based on single- to double-person occupancy. (Should occupancy exceed two people per room, reservations may be subject to additional per person fees.) This rate is also available before and after the conference, if there is availability.
