I index trade books, college textbooks, and scholarly books. Subjects include biographies, business, communications, cookbooks, historical nonfiction, home design, law (legal advice for consumers; business advice for practitioners), library science, marketing, self-help, social sciences, and more. I have indexed more than 1,200 books in the past 18 years. My degrees are in mass communication (BS, Boston University) and library science (MLS, Southern Connecticut State University). Prior to indexing I worked in corporate communications (producing videos) for a telecommunications research company. I was formerly a board member-at-large for the American Society for Indexing and president of the New England ASI chapter.
